NOW HIRING!  ABSTRACTOR/TITLE RESEARCHER

Looking for real estate Abstractor/Title Researcher to work at our West Metro office.

Experience is preferred.  Ideal candidate is a licensed abstractor with 3-5 years experience or more, with an understanding and ability to draw-out legal descriptions.  Prefer to have a working knowledge of county on-line sytems including:  Landshark, Laredo, Star-lite, RecordEase, iDocs, Mncis, Pacer and Orbit, etc.  A good understanding of Minnesota Title Standards is a plus.  Monday-Friday flexible hours between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.  Part or Full Time Options Available.  Email:  info@metropolitanabstract.net for further information.
